Therapist (LICSW, LMHC,LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring full-time and part-time therapists for outpatient clinical work in Massachusetts. Providers may work a hybrid schedule, including telehealth from a home office, and have schedule autonomy across hybrid, telehealth, full-time, or part-time arrangements. The practice serves children, adolescents, and adults through evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare in outpatient settings, both in person and via telemedicine. Therapists can focus on clinical work with support from staff who handle credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection, as well as an EMR system and well-appointed offices. The practice also offers peer consultation groups, weekly case consultations, and APA-approved continuing education. Supervision may be received or provided, as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to clients.
- Conduct clinical work with children, adolescents, and adults.
- Provide services in person and/or through telehealth, as applicable.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.

- Above-average W-2 compensation based on productivity, with annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000.
