Therapist (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring full-time and part-time Therapists (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office, with weekday outpatient work and schedule autonomy. Compensation is productivity-based, with annual compensation potential of $75,000–$100,000. The practice provides well-appointed offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff for credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical work. The employer also supports clinical and administrative infrastructure needed to maintain a successful practice.

- Professional licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults.
- Provide services in person and through telehealth, as applicable to the provider’s schedule.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Receive or provide supervision, as applicable to the provider’s license and qualifications.
