Therapist (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)- Child or Adult
About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring child or adult therapists (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults. Therapists may work full-time or part-time and may have a hybrid schedule that includes providing telehealth from a home office. The work is outpatient and weekday-based, with schedule autonomy and locations across Massachusetts. The practice provides offices, an EMR system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection. The organization also performs essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions so therapists can focus on clinical work.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to children or adults.
- Provide telehealth services as part of a hybrid schedule, as applicable.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Receive or provide clinical supervision, as applicable.
