About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring therapists to provide outpatient mental healthcare to children or adults. The role supports evidence-based, medically driven treatment in person at clinics and through telehealth. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office, and the position offers schedule autonomy, with full-time and part-time opportunities. Locations include Arlington, Auburn, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Canton, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Easton, Framingham, Groton, Hopkinton, Lexington, Lynnfield, Mansfield, Medford, Medfield, Milford, Newton, Needham, North Andover, Northborough, Norwell, Norwood, Plymouth, Quincy, Raynham, Stoneham, Waltham, Wellesley, Weymouth, and Woburn. LifeStance provides well-appointed offices, an electronic medical record system, peer consultation groups, APA-approved continuing education, and support staff who assist with credentialing, insurance authorizations, and payment collection. The practice also handles essential non-billable clinical and administrative functions so clinicians can focus on clinical work. Requirements
- Must hold one of the listed credentials: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, MHC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental healthcare to children or adults.
- Provide services in person at clinics and through telehealth, as applicable.
- Participate in weekly case consultations.
- Provide or receive supervision, as applicable for the clinician’s license.
