About The Position

Pearson VUE is hiring a part-time Test Administrator in Carrollton, Texas, at 4100 Midway Road. The role provides secure exam delivery and customer service in a comfortable, friendly testing environment. The position pays $17.75 per hour and is benefits eligible starting on the hire date. It is strictly part-time, scheduled for 25–30 hours per week, with an expectation to work additional hours if needed. Schedules are provided at least two weeks in advance. The role requires flexible availability Monday through Saturday between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m., including about two Saturdays per month; Sunday shifts are infrequent but may be required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexible availability for varied work hours and days.
Beginner to intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from the testing room.
Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 pounds with reasonable accommodation.
Comfort working in a quiet testing environment, with the ability to hear soft voices and see details from a distance.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of customer service experience is preferred.
Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.
Teamwork.

Responsibilities

Comply with testing procedures and company policies, using careful judgment.
Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
Proctor or invigilate candidates during exams.
Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
Complete light housekeeping, including vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate finishes an examination.
Perform other duties as assigned.
