About The Position

The Territory Training & Sales Manager (TTSM) is a customer-service-oriented, in-the-field role focused on installing ClearCaptions equipment and training customers—primarily seniors—on its caption telephone service. The role spends most of its time conducting installations in customers’ homes and the remainder generating referrals and building community relationships. It is a full-time remote/work-from-home position, with extensive travel throughout the assigned territory and occasional air travel. The role also generates leads through referrals, community events, and relationships with hearing care providers and other business partners. The employee maintains equipment inventory and customer and territory records using Salesforce and other company tools, and adapts to new responsibilities and opportunities as needed. Compensation includes a $45,000 base salary, with an indicated earning range of $75,000–$80,000 and uncapped upside. The position also includes a $485 monthly auto allowance, a company phone and iPad, monthly internet reimbursement, and annual work-from-home reimbursement.
