Territory Sales Representative
About The Position
Lakeshirts is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and expand the company's presence throughout Texas. The representative will sell resort apparel, headwear, socks, stickers, and lifestyle accessories to destination retailers, working alongside the National Sales Manager. The role focuses on developing new business, managing accounts, growing the territory, and building long-term customer relationships. This is a 1099 independent sales representative role with commission-based compensation. The representative has flexibility in managing their schedule and is expected to travel regularly throughout Texas to visit and support customers and pursue new opportunities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in prospecting and generating new business opportunities.
- Strong communication and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and results orientation.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales experience in apparel, resort, leisure, outdoor, or related custom products.
- Experience using a CRM platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers and prospective accounts.

- Travel regularly throughout Texas to support customers and pursue new opportunities.
