About The Position
CARE Workforce Solutions is seeking Territory Sales Managers to serve as Healthcare Growth Partners. This role involves developing lasting relationships with healthcare providers and introducing CARE's Workforce Infrastructure™ solutions to medical, dental, and specialty practices within an assigned territory. The position aims to help healthcare organizations solve challenges related to workforce, compliance, payroll, HR, recruiting, and workforce continuity. The role offers the opportunity to build a book of business, expand a local healthcare network, and achieve unlimited earning potential through long-term client partnerships. The Territory Sales Manager will act as a trusted advisor, helping healthcare organizations improve operational efficiency, workforce stability, and long-term growth. Unlike traditional staffing firms, CARE partners with healthcare organizations as an extension of their business, delivering long-term workforce solutions.
Requirements
- Previous sales, business development, recruiting, healthcare operations, or relationship management experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to build trust and long-term professional relationships
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective healthcare organizations
- Develop long-term relationships with practice owners, office managers, administrators, HR leaders, and executive decision-makers
- Conduct outreach through phone, email, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings
- Present CARE's Workforce Infrastructure™ model and demonstrate how it helps healthcare organizations improve workforce stability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management
- Collaborate with leadership to support territory growth initiatives
- Represent CARE professionally within the healthcare community
- Attend local networking events, industry meetings, and community organizations to build brand awareness and referral partnerships
- Stay informed on healthcare workforce trends, regulations, and market developments to better advise clients
