About The Position

OSL Retail Services is hiring an Area/Territory Sales Lead to champion sales and nurture client relationships across approximately four Walmart Wireless locations. The role is a store-level sales position focused on achieving individual and location sales goals, delivering excellent customer experiences, managing time across multiple locations, and keeping product knowledge current to recommend effective solutions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of retail or outside sales experience, such as door-to-door sales, solar sales, kiosk sales, or brand ambassador work.
• Demonstrated sales results, excellent customer service, and personal accountability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours.
