About The Position

OSL Retail Services is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to champion sales and build client relationships across approximately four Walmart Wireless locations. The role is store-level and involves traveling among locations to support sales performance and customer service. The position offers a minimum base pay of $20 per hour, uncapped commission and bonuses, with anticipated annual earnings of $50,000–$65,000 and the potential to earn more. Fuel mileage is compensated.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of retail or outside sales experience, such as door-to-door, solar, kiosk, or brand ambassador work.
• A proven track record in sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• A personal vehicle and the ability to travel to store locations during operational hours.
