About The Position

OSL Retail Services is hiring a Territory Sales Lead for an existing vacancy on its sales team. The role supports approximately four Walmart Wireless locations, serving as the sales point of contact at the store level while driving sales and building client relationships. The position involves meeting personal and location sales goals, managing time across multiple locations, following the sales process and keeping product knowledge current to recommend effective customer solutions. The role requires travel between store locations during operational hours and availability to work evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of retail or outside sales experience.
• A proven record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• A personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours.
