About The Position

OSL Retail Services is hiring a Territory Sales Lead for an existing vacancy on its sales team. The role supports approximately four Walmart Wireless locations and focuses on driving sales, building customer relationships, and delivering exemplary customer experiences. The successful candidate will work across multiple locations, meet personal and location sales goals, follow the sales process, and maintain current product knowledge to recommend effective solutions. The position offers base pay plus uncapped commission, with potential total earnings of $45,000–$55,000 per year or more based on performance.

Requirements

Two to three years of retail or outside sales experience.
A proven record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
A personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours.
