About The Position

OSL Retail Services is hiring a Territory Sales Lead for an existing vacancy within its sales team. The role supports approximately four Walmart Wireless locations and focuses on driving sales, building customer and client relationships, and delivering exemplary customer service. The lead works across multiple stores, manages time to maximize profitability, meets personal and location sales goals, and stays current on products to recommend effective solutions.

Requirements

• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Have a personal vehicle and the ability to travel to store locations during operational hours.

Nice To Haves

• Two to three years of retail or outside sales experience, such as door-to-door, solar, kiosk, or brand ambassador work.
• A proven sales track record, excellent customer service, and personal accountability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
