About The Position

The Territory Manager is responsible for driving field sales and providing technical support within an assigned region. This role focuses on achieving or exceeding sales and profitability goals while promoting REMET’s image as a trusted leader in the investment casting marketplace. The territory covers Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Mexico.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience, or 3–5 years combined technical, operational, and/or sales experience in the investment casting industry.
  • Direct operational or technical foundry experience is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to sell in a highly competitive market and manage complex customer needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with precision investment casting processes and applications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass sales volume and profitability targets in line with REMET’s marketing plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts to support long-term growth.
  • Identify, target, and secure new accounts by promoting REMET’s product portfolio within the investment casting market.
  • Collaborate with the National Accounts Manager on shared accounts.
  • Take primary responsibility for binder, refractory, crucible, and other non-wax related products, ensuring alignment with the National Accounts Manager’s efforts.
  • Initiate and/or support product or program development that strengthens REMET’s position with customers.
  • Provide customers with technical application expertise and product recommendations to ensure satisfaction and foster growth.
  • Maximize sales productivity through effective planning, time management, and service activity management.
  • Prepare accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, account status, industry trends, and competitive insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate expense reporting in line with company travel policies.
  • Uphold the highest level of business ethics and professionalism to reinforce REMET’s reputation in the market.
  • Collaborate with other Territory Managers, sales, and marketing personnel as needed to share product and market knowledge.
  • Support special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
  • Comply with all ISO 9001 procedures and REMET’s documented Quality System, while understanding and promoting the company’s Quality Policy.
