BladderScan®: We pioneered the field of ultrasound bladder volume measurement in 1984, and over the years we have offered solutions that minimize hospital acquired infections and optimize efficiency for users everywhere. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years B2B outside sales experience
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
• Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine)
• Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license
• Must reside within territory, Seattle area preferred
• Required overnight travel is 6-8 nights per month, on average, to cover territory that includes WA and OR.
• Required to travel outside assigned territory for annual sales meeting, regional meetings and in person training, as needed

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage the business in your territory to promote the Verathon BladderScan® and CFlex™ product lines.
• Execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales opportunities identified in the Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis.
• Generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding the needs, building rapport, and influence customers by delivering presentations to customers including creative solutions to their problems.
• Manage the relationships with key customer stakeholders like Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.
• Generate a high volume of sales activity by in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations.
• Forecast your business potential in order to ensure your sales pipeline supports the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Learn new industry and market information that allow you to adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy.
• Engage in strategic business planning and execution and provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership.

• Base Salary. $70,000
• Additional Commission Potential. $70,000-$90,000
