About The Position

This role is responsible for managing territory sales to meet revenue and gross margin targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty, and supporting strategic growth initiatives to achieve annual sales goals. The Territory Manager will prepare and deliver quotations, forecasts, reports, and performance metrics, while accurately tracking and reporting sales activities and pipeline in C4C. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and production, is essential to meet customer needs. The role also involves driving new business through account expansion, prospecting, and stakeholder engagement, as well as supporting product launches, service sales, and timely issue resolution while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and training standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years technical/industrial sales experience in heavy industrial environments (power, refining, petrochemical, or similar).
  • Proven field sales capability with a hunter mindset.
  • Mechanical aptitude sufficient to understand expansion joints, thermal movement, and equipment failure mechanisms.
  • Ability to work safely in industrial plants, including HRSGs and refineries.
  • Strong technical sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent preferred
