About The Position

BLOOD ASSURANCE is hiring a Territory Account Representative to develop and service group accounts in the Tullahoma, Tennessee area. The role supports the organization’s mission to provide safe blood products in a timely manner to area patients by building community relationships and arranging blood drives. Travel within the territory is required 3–4 days per week, with minimal overnight travel.

Requirements

Outside sales experience with a bachelor’s degree, or prior related work experience.
High degree of creativity and positive energy.
Advanced problem-solving, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills.
Polished, professional, and compassionate communication skills, including the ability to educate, influence, negotiate, and secure business agreements.
Confidence making group presentations to the public, businesses, and community leaders.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where conditions and circumstances can change rapidly.
Data management and computer skills, with advanced organizational skills to manage multiple tasks quickly and simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
