About The Position

Square is seeking a field-driven Territory Account Executive to lead sales in South Jersey, build Square’s presence in the local market, and help businesses grow using its software and hardware ecosystem. The role is focused on in-person execution: spending approximately 80% of the week in the field, visiting 50–60 targeted businesses each week, conducting live demonstrations, and closing sales. The position owns a full-cycle, self-sourced sales process, from prospecting and identifying needs through presenting solutions and closing deals. The Account Executive builds local seller relationships, develops referral and channel partnerships, and creates a repeatable pipeline through outreach, community engagement, events, and networking. Success requires strong knowledge of restaurants, retail, and services, consultative selling, disciplined Salesforce operations, and consistently exceeding quota in a high-accountability environment.
