About The Position

This is a temporary Grade 2 teaching position at Boeckman Creek Primary School for the 2026–2027 school year, running through the end of the school year. The teacher will create a vibrant learning community for primary school students and educate the whole child intellectually, emotionally, and physically. The role uses a constructivist approach to plan instruction, applies varied assessments, and builds positive relationships with students, parents, and staff. The teacher attends pertinent faculty, parent, and school meetings and performs other duties as assigned. Requirements

Oregon teaching license in the assigned area(s) and appropriate endorsements.
Knowledge of best practices in teaching.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree preferred.
