About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Teller to join its National Branch Network at the Monaco branch in Denver, Colorado. This customer-focused, front-line role supports everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurately processing transactions while providing welcoming and reliable service. Tellers are a primary point of contact for customers and help them identify efficient banking options, including digital tools and self-service resources. The role builds foundational retail banking skills. Tellers listen to customers, recognize potential service or product needs, introduce relevant options at a high level, and connect customers with a banker for detailed product guidance. They work with branch teammates to support daily operations and a consistent customer experience, while following policies and controls and using sound judgment to manage risk. The schedule includes Saturdays. The position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Base pay is $20.00–$26.00; employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities, and pay may vary based on performance, skills, experience, and work location.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education, or a combination of these.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build customer relationships by actively listening to everyday financial needs and connecting customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, exercising sound judgment and managing risk in accordance with policies and controls.
Communicate clearly, ask questions to clarify needs, and provide straightforward solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
