About The Position

The Teller is a front-line representative of Associated Bank who provides exceptional service and support during customer interactions. The role processes transactions accurately, identifies customer needs, promotes appropriate financial solutions, and supports daily branch operations. The Teller also helps customers use digital and self-service banking tools and collaborates with colleagues across branches to provide seamless service. The position requires compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Up to 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, professional customer service that reflects Associated Bank’s brand promise.
Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while following all policies and procedures.
Identify customer needs and refer customers to colleagues for additional financial solutions.
Promote current offers, products, and services that benefit customers.
Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care.
Support daily branch operations, including servicing vaults, night drops, and ATMs as assigned.
Demonstrate and educate customers on digital and self-service banking tools.
Collaborate with team members across multiple branches to ensure seamless service.
Comply with applicable enterprise policies, procedures, laws, and regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
Report suspicious activity, customer complaints, procedure violations, and ethical concerns as required.
