About The Position

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is hiring a 40-hour Teller (Client Service Associate) for its Warm Springs branch in Henderson, Nevada. The branch is open Monday through Friday. The role processes debit and credit transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record. It also provides client services, resolves problems, and identifies opportunities to recommend relevant bank products and services. The pay range is $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience. Requirements

Some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products, and/or banking.
Solid balancing and customer service skills.
Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients’ needs.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
Identify and address clients’ needs by providing services such as opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing or activating ATM cards, making money transfers, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments.
Resolve clients’ problems through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring clients’ needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
