Teller - Lake Oconee
About The Position
BankSouth is seeking a Teller to process checking, savings, and borrowing-related customer transactions efficiently. The role involves receiving and posting transactions, paying out funds as requested, and verbally confirming customers’ intended transactions to ensure their needs are met and minimize rework. Tellers interact with customers and focus on providing exceptional service in a fast-paced banking environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m., and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The position is located at BankSouth Lake Oconee in Greensboro, Georgia, with negligible travel.
Requirements
- Prior cash-handling experience is required.
- Prior customer-service experience is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Nice To Haves
- Former banking experience is preferred but not required.
