Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional member and customer service during every interaction
Build strong relationships with members and identify financial needs
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately
Maintain cash drawer balances and follow cash handling procedures
Recommend appropriate credit union products and services based on member needs
Support branch sales and service goals through relationship building
Follow all operational, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Communicate effectively with members and team members in person, over the phone, and through electronic channels
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
