About The Position

The Teller creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution. This is a part-time position at the West De Pere branch, scheduled for 20 hours per week.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Ten-key data entry skills.

Nice To Haves

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• Previous cash handling or teller experience.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services.
• Passion for member/customer service and ability to thrive in a team- and results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
• Process basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently.
• Assist members with problem resolution.
• Build member relationships by uncovering member needs and providing education.
• Suggest products and services and direct members to other credit union representatives as appropriate.
