Teller / Customer Service Representative - Part-Time - Moorhead South Hornbachers
About The Position
Gate City Bank is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at its Moorhead South Hornbachers Office. This in-office role includes customer transactions, account support, and delivering friendly, passionate service in a team-oriented environment. The position is scheduled for 15–19 guaranteed hours per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:15 PM; Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00 PM to 6:15 PM; and rotating Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 12:15 PM. Saturday hours receive an additional $5 per hour. Pay is $17.75–$18.75 per hour, plus the Saturday differential when applicable.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing things right.
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Nice To Haves
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, cash handling, or sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with everyday banking transactions and create a warm, helpful experience.
- Build customer relationships by identifying ways to make banking easier and more rewarding.
- Open new accounts and educate customers about products and services suited to their needs.
- Balance the cash drawer and maintain accuracy.
- Follow service, security, and compliance guidelines.
