About The Position

The Telephonic Licensed Practical Nurse works with patients, providers, and plan sponsors to address patients’ health needs through communication and available resources. The role promotes quality, cost-effective outcomes through the telephonic medical management process. It is based in an office call center and does not involve hands-on bedside care; it is not a telecommuting position. Requirements

Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
At least 3 years of bedside clinical experience.
Excellent telephonic communication skills.
Typing speed of 35 or more words per minute with minimal mistakes.
Computer proficiency; technical skills will be tested during the interview process.
Ability to multitask while talking and typing.
Ability to follow multi-step processes and decision-making flow charts.
Dependability, accountability, and trustworthiness.
Self-starter comfortable with independent study and on-the-job training.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Ability to work in the company’s office call center; this is not a telecommuting position.
