About The Position

As a Change Management Senior Associate within RSM’s Technology Performance team, you will play a leadership role on the Organizational Change Management team. The team helps clients accelerate time to value by identifying employee behavior changes, reducing resistance, and sustaining new behaviors to deliver business case benefits. In this supervisory position, you will oversee project teams, guide client stakeholders, and deliver customized solutions that advance change initiatives, employee engagement, and organizational goals. The role works on finance-function optimization and transformation projects, including readiness assessments, business process improvement, shared services implementation, business case development, and technology deployment. It also involves change-management activities such as stakeholder analysis, communications and training plans, CCRAs, and PCT surveys. You will contribute to client service, business development, industry specialization, and the development of new products and solutions for the changing OCM transformation environment. RSM describes most roles as following a hybrid workstyle, with team members aligned to an RSM office and meeting in person when it supports clients, teams, development, or relationship-building. Some roles may be virtual or primarily on-site depending on role requirements, team priorities, and client needs. This position requires more than 50% local and international travel.
