About The Position

Leads the people side of Datavail’s Data Governance and technology engagements to help ensure that delivered solutions are adopted. The role focuses on adoption and excludes restructuring, role design, and workforce transitions. It is an individual contributor position and is 100% billable. The advisor also facilitates discovery workshops and participates in pursuits as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Must hold Prosci certification or ACMP CCMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead ADKAR activities and readiness assessments.
• Analyze stakeholders and change impacts.
• Coach sponsors and people managers.
• Develop communication, training, and reinforcement plans.
• Define adoption metrics with clients and report on progress against them, including adoption of AI tools and governance policies.
• Facilitate discovery workshops.
• Participate in pursuits as a subject matter expert.
