About The Position

Amwins is seeking a Senior Analyst, Change Management to own decision quality, readiness, refinement rigor, and governance for change initiatives across CST. After a project is surfaced and assigned on the Monday Technology & Efficiency call, the Senior Analyst owns the EPIC from handoff through adoption and sustainment. This includes validating readiness and scope, leading discovery and impact analysis, prioritizing and sequencing work, driving sprint-based execution in Azure DevOps, and governing changes through the Analyze, Improve, and Control phases. The role partners with Change Management Analysts, Operations leadership, Core Services, Technology, service teams, and vendor partners. It combines project management—driving scope, sequencing, risk, and delivery—with change management focused on the human side of change and the day-to-day functionality of service center processes. The Senior Analyst assesses process risks and gaps, co-designs change and communications approaches with the CST Leader, identifies training needs, and tracks employee readiness and completion. The role maintains working knowledge of projects in its Service group, including upstream and downstream impacts on related projects, processes, and teams.
