About The Position

CGI Federal is seeking a Change Management Analyst to support the planning and execution of change management strategies for our federal clients. In this role, you will help drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational practices by developing communication, training, and stakeholder engagement approaches. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0–4 years of experience in change management, business consulting, or organizational development.
  • Understanding of foundational change management principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort working collaboratively with cross functional teams.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, collaboration platforms).

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
  • Experience supporting large scale technology implementations or digital transformations.
  • Experience working with federal government clients.
  • Knowledge of visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) for communication materials.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies and implementation plans that support program goals.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key groups impacted by change; support communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Design and create engaging training materials, user guides, and communication resources (newsletters, FAQs, presentations) for end users.
  • Assess the impact of changes on business processes and organizational culture.
  • Track and measure the success of change management initiatives using adoption metrics and feedback mechanisms.
  • Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure change management activities are effectively integrated into the overall project schedule.
