About The Position
Leads the people side of Datavail's Data Governance and technology engagements to help ensure that what gets built is adopted. The role focuses on adoption, including adoption of AI tools and governance policies. It excludes restructuring, role design, and workforce transitions. This is an individual-contributor role and is 100% billable.
Requirements
- Must hold Prosci certification or ACMP CCMP.
Responsibilities
- Run ADKAR and readiness assessments.
- Analyze stakeholders and change impacts.
- Coach sponsors and people managers.
- Develop communication, training, and reinforcement plans.
- Define adoption metrics with the client and report against them, including for AI tools and governance policies.
- Facilitate discovery workshops.
- Join pursuits as a subject-matter expert.
