Compensation includes an hourly rate and a company-standard commission percentage. The position also includes helping train Technician B and C team members, maintaining a clean and organized shop and customer vehicles, keeping store-owned tools and manuals in their proper condition, and complying with applicable safety, environmental, and company requirements. The technician must have a toolbox and tools on site, and must sign the company's uniform policy and procedure plan.
