About The Position

As a Technical Training Professional at Trimble, you will bridge complex enterprise software and user mastery, empowering construction leaders to use the Trimble ConstructionOne suite. You will design and lead engaging learning experiences that encourage product adoption and support customer success.

You will help shape the global education ecosystem for Vista. In addition to delivering interactive instruction, you will partner with instructional designers to influence scalable, self-paced curricula and continuously improve the customer learning experience.

The position is based in Westminster, Colorado, or Lake Oswego, Oregon, with four days in the office and one day working from home. North American travel is required one to two times per year, for three to five days per trip. The role is full-time and salary-based, with a hiring range of $78,400 to $107,900 and eligibility for a bonus.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience delivering technical software training or consulting for enterprise platforms.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Trimble Vista or comparable enterprise Construction ERP software.
• Core domain knowledge in Construction Project Management and Construction Accounting principles.
• Demonstrated success leading virtual instructor-led training (VILT) and managing interactive classrooms for technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience with virtual lab environments using tools such as CloudShare.
• Learning management system administration experience with platforms such as Docebo.
• Experience creating engaging self-paced technical training independently or with an instructional designer, using SCORM authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and/or video editing software such as Camtasia.
• Educational background or formal degree in Education, Instructional Design, or Technology.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive virtual instructor-led training (VILT) for Vista and its integrations, for technical audiences ranging from foundational onboarding to advanced administration.
• Partner with Instructional Designers to turn complex subject matter into scalable multimedia learning assets and self-paced online modules.
• Use learner evaluations and performance data to improve curriculum design, instructional methods, and training offerings.
• Lead hands-on virtual lab environments to give learners practical experience during interactive sessions.
