About The Position

Aeva's mission is to bring the next wave of perception to a broad range of applications from automated driving to industrial robotics, consumer electronics, consumer health, security, and beyond. Aeva is transforming autonomy with its groundbreaking sensing and perception technology that integrates all key LiDAR components onto a silicon photonics chip in a compact module. Requirements

5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience , with strong experience hiring for technical and specialized roles.
Proven ability to recruit across multiple Engineering disciplines as well as Operations and Supply Chain .
Strong direct sourcing skills and ability to understand technical requirements and identify the right talent.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
Ability to manage multiple searches and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience with an ATS, ideally Lever (Preferred).
Global recruiting experience is a plus, particularly Germany or other international markets.

Responsibilities

Own full-life cycle recruiting across Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain functions.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
Recruit across a broad range of technical areas, including Software, Hardware, Embedded/Firmware, Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, Photonics/Optics , as well as Operations and Supply Chain roles.
Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing and proactive engagement with passive candidates.
Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Use market intelligence to provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring.
