Technical Program Manager, OEM Enablement

NVIDIA•Santa Clara, SC
•$136,000 - $218,500

About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking a Technical Program Manager on its Solutions Architecture team to help OEM partners and customers build, deploy, and support successful AI Factories. The role works across OEM partners and NVIDIA teams to identify technical and ecosystem gaps and establish programs that improve customer outcomes. It requires technical depth, adaptability, and understanding of the hardware systems lifecycle in an AI Factory, from development and integration through deployment, operations, and support. The Technical Program Manager collaborates closely with engineering to solve problems and builds relationships to influence decisions across partner organizations and leadership teams. As products, customer needs, and the ecosystem evolve, the role helps determine where technical program leadership can have the greatest impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of overall experience in enterprise and/or hyperscale data centers, hardware systems, or related infrastructure, including experience leading cross-functional technical programs.
  • Understanding of the hardware systems lifecycle, from development and validation through deployment and support, in large-scale AI infrastructure.
  • Technical depth to work closely with engineering on NVIDIA or similar AI systems, understand product architecture and system dependencies, and drive debugging and issue resolution with technical experts.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, establish ownership and measurable outcomes, and adapt priorities as technologies and customer needs evolve.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage OEM engineering, supply chain, and support teams in detailed discussions and communicate program direction, tradeoffs, and decisions at the leadership level.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes and drive accountability without direct authority across engineering, customer-facing teams, and external partner organizations.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working directly with OEM/ODM partners and CSP or NCP customers on AI/HPC systems, infrastructure deployment, or lifecycle support.
  • Knowledge of NVIDIA products and AI Factory infrastructure, including accelerated computing, networking, and system-level debugging.
  • Experience building ecosystem capabilities or closing gaps across engineering enablement, service delivery, RMA, spares, or support, with demonstrated improvements to customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical programs across AI Factory development, deployment, and support, working with engineering and OEM partners to close readiness gaps and resolve dependencies as customer needs evolve.
  • Coordinate across NVIDIA Solutions Architects, Field Application Engineers, sales and account management, and engineering to align technical requirements, partner capabilities, and customer expectations.
  • Assess OEM services and support capabilities against CSP and NCP customer needs and develop programs to close gaps, including in training, engineering support, product knowledge and debugging, RMA, spares, and service readiness.
  • Engage OEM engineering, supply chain, and support teams to understand challenges, shape joint plans, and resolve technical issues with NVIDIA experts.
  • Coordinate targeted training and knowledge transfer with Solutions Architects, Field Application Engineers, and engineering to strengthen OEM capabilities.
  • Engage OEM and NVIDIA leadership to frame opportunities, communicate technical and business implications, and influence decisions.
  • Establish ownership and milestones; standardize templates, trackers, dashboards, and reviews for partner programs, deployment services, and leadership updates.
  • Use field operations data, customer and partner feedback, and engineering findings to improve partner workflows, deployment execution, and operating processes.
  • Turn lessons learned into repeatable improvements in products, tooling, OEM training, and lifecycle support.

Benefits

  • Eligible for equity and benefits.
