About The Position

The Technical Solutions (TS) Enablement team supports Datadog’s global post-sales organization—including Support, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering—by providing the skills, tools, and resources needed to deliver strong customer outcomes. The Senior Enablement Program Associate will own workstreams within high-visibility, global enablement programs, tracking engagement, measuring adoption, and communicating change. Working alongside Program Managers, the associate will contribute to live initiatives and develop toward owning full programs. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years of experience in project or program management, enablement operations, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, concise, professional communications.
Experience with data visualization or analytics tools such as Tableau, MetaBase, or Google Suite for maintaining and interpreting program data.
Familiarity with collaboration and workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
Proactive self-starter with an owner mentality and an interest in process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Own key workstreams within global enablement programs, including audience engagement tracking, adoption measurement, and stakeholder communications, with mentorship from a Program Manager.
Build relationships with stakeholders across StratOps, Product, and TS teams to understand their needs and coordinate deliverables and scope.
Use program and performance data to identify trends, flag gaps, and help assess what is working and what is not.
Help create and deliver updates and presentations that communicate program data clearly to stakeholders.
Build and maintain program plans and timelines, keeping priorities and trade-offs visible to the team and cross-functional partners.
Participate in interviews, pulse checks, and needs assessments with TS teams to understand regional and functional needs.
