Cyberhaven
•$130,000 - $160,000

About The Position

Cyberhaven is seeking a hands-on Technical Enablement Manager to build and run technical enablement for Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, Professional Services Engineers, Data Protection Analysts, and other technical go-to-market roles. This individual contributor will own programs, content, and labs that develop technical teams’ fluency in the Cyberhaven platform and data security landscape. The role will scale and measure existing programs while creating new ones as the company grows. The role focuses on accelerating technical readiness through onboarding, certifications, ongoing development, and product-release enablement; strengthening pre-sales and post-sales execution across discovery, demos, proofs of concept, and architecture conversations; and scaling impact through reusable content, hands-on labs, AI, performance data, governance, and measurement. Cyberhaven builds data security for the Agentic Enterprise, tracing data across its lifecycle and adapting protection to changing context. The company says it is backed by $250 million from investors including Khosla and Redpoint, and its team includes leaders from CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Meta, and Google. Cyberhaven’s hiring process uses AI-powered recruiting tools for activities such as scheduling, note-taking, and workflow automation. Candidates are notified in advance when AI-assisted interview note-taking is used and may opt out. Cyberhaven is an equal opportunity employer.
