Enablement Program Manager

Outset•San Francisco, CA
•$130,000 - $175,000

About The Position

Outset is seeking an Enablement Program Manager to build and run the enablement engine for its go-to-market teams. This high-ownership role reports to the VP of Sales and supports Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Solutions teams. The manager will turn frequent changes in products, verticals, competitors, and use cases into clear, usable knowledge for customer-facing employees. The role owns Outset’s GTM enablement program end to end, including its roadmap, calendar, delivery, and measurement. It will create repeatable frameworks for onboarding, product launches, competitive updates, certifications, and ongoing skills training, while maintaining a reliable GTM knowledge repository. The manager will collaborate across GTM, Product, Marketing, G&A, and Leadership, often in an ambiguous environment without an established playbook. This position is intended for an early-career operator who has demonstrated end-to-end program ownership, can teach complex topics clearly, and wants to grow with a category-defining company. Experience supporting B2B SaaS GTM teams is a strong plus; familiarity with AI products or market research is a bonus.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of professional experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, a Center of Excellence, or a Chief of Staff function.
  • Demonstrated ownership of programs from end to end.
  • Exceptional teaching and communication skills, including the ability to distill complex topics for varied audiences.
  • Ability to drive adoption, engage early adopters, and use their successes as peer examples and success stories.
  • Ability to build reinforcing learning programs that build on existing knowledge.
  • Experience designing scalable, repeatable processes and systems that others can use independently.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, with experience owning a knowledge base, content library, or similar source of truth.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills and experience working across GTM, Product, G&A, and senior leadership.
  • A track record of success in a fast-paced startup environment, with comfort handling ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • A high-ownership, resourceful mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS go-to-market teams.
  • Familiarity with AI products or market research.

Responsibilities

  • Own Outset’s GTM enablement program end to end, including the roadmap, calendar, delivery, and measurement.
  • Design repeatable, plug-and-play enablement frameworks for onboarding, launch kits, competitive updates, and certifications.
  • Build and run new-hire onboarding that gets GTM team members ramped and customer-ready quickly.
  • Learn complex topics—including AI-moderated research, research methodology, products, pricing, and competitors—and teach them clearly.
  • Own and maintain the GTM knowledge repository, keeping messaging, battlecards, playbooks, and product content accurate, organized, and easy to find.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to turn launches and roadmap updates into field-ready training, talk tracks, and assets.
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships leaders to identify skill and knowledge gaps and prioritize enablement.
  • Partner with G&A and Leadership on deal desk, pricing, legal, and process changes so the field understands what changed and how to act.
  • Run live trainings, workshops, and certifications, and create asynchronous content such as recordings, guides, and quizzes.
  • Measure ramp time, certification completion, content usage, and field feedback, and improve programs based on results.
  • Identify unowned gaps, bring structure to ambiguity, and find practical ways to address them.
