About The Position

WorkWave is seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager to organize and execute scalable programs for its growing sales organization. Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, this hands-on individual contributor serves as the program management and execution engine for the Sales Enablement function. The role owns seller onboarding and supports ongoing training, Skill-Ups, Sales Plays, go-to-market and product launches, Sales Kickoff, manager enablement, and other strategic programs. The person in this role takes initiatives from concept through execution, creates structure, coordinates stakeholders, facilitates sessions when needed, manages timelines, and ensures continued reinforcement and follow-through. They will also help establish processes and operating rhythms that allow the Enablement team to scale. The role manages Enablement programs through planning, execution, reinforcement, measurement, and follow-up. It translates priorities into project plans and coordinates stakeholders across Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and other subject matter experts. The program manager owns seller onboarding execution, including schedules, communications, facilitators, learning activities, participation and completion tracking, feedback, certifications, and ramp milestones. They coordinate training and Skill-Ups, operationalize GTM launches and Sales Plays, maintain the Enablement calendar, support Weekly Wave production, and manage logistics and communications for programs and events. The position also provides program management support for Sales Kickoff and other strategic events, maintains visibility into program status and dependencies, and partners with Enablement leadership and RevOps to improve measurement of onboarding, ramp, program adoption, and effectiveness. This is a remote role; Eastern or Central time zone is strongly preferred to support the global sales organization and early-morning programs. The ideal candidate is proactive, works independently, and enjoys creating organization and consistency in a growing function.
