About The Position

Ncontracts is seeking a Sales Enablement Program Lead to join their dedicated Revenue Enablement department. This role operates independently of sales management while partnering closely with Revenue Leadership. The purpose of Revenue Enablement is to elevate the strength of the sales organization by equipping sellers and managers with the capabilities required for the company’s next era of revenue growth. The mission is to transform business priorities into measurable seller capability, focusing on how sellers learn, how managers reinforce, how technology and AI improve execution, and how business priorities become practical capabilities in the field. This role will be instrumental in designing and delivering onboarding programs, managing sales enablement platforms, producing communications, and coordinating major sales events.

Requirements

  • Five or more years in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying B2B sales, including hands-on responsibility for enablement programs.
  • Experience designing or substantially rebuilding onboarding with Enablement leadership and training partners, then sharing its delivery.
  • Sales knowledge and facilitation experience that connect learning to customer conversations.
  • Hands-on administration of Highspot or a comparable sales enablement platform and an LMS.
  • Experience with WorkRamp or other similar LMS platform.
  • Experience coordinating SKO, MKO, or comparable sales learning events and recurring communications.
  • Good time management, urgency, and judgment.
  • Clear writing and strong attention to quality.
  • Familiarity with Gong or similar conversation intelligence, Salesforce or another CRM, and practical generative AI used within clear guidelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct Highspot experience is strongly preferred.
  • Marketing, content, or event experience can be a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build onboarding programs with the Director of Sales Enablement and share its delivery with the Sales Readiness Manager, focusing on new hire learning needs, sequence, role-specific paths, practice, manager check-ins, and demonstrations.
  • Manage and maintain Highspot and the LMS, including structure, tags, assignments, access coordination, version control, reviews, and reporting.
  • Produce the weekly Sales Newsletter, including planning, gathering inputs, managing reviews, publishing, and tracking engagement.
  • Coordinate Sales Kick-Off (SKO) and Mid-Year Kick-Off (MKO) events, working with the CRO and Director of Sales Enablement on design, priorities, and editorial direction, and managing planning and delivery logistics.
  • Take assigned programs from idea through improvement, developing proposed designs, milestones, resource needs, dependencies, and measures, and carrying approved work through preparation, launch, reinforcement, feedback, and improvement.
  • Help the team stay ahead of shared deadlines by keeping calendars and handoffs current and identifying competing deadlines to propose solutions.
  • Improve recurring processes, templates, quality checks, and backup handoffs, recommending simplifications, automations, combinations, or eliminations, and utilizing AI where appropriate.
  • Improve programs with the Sales Readiness Manager by building in practice, readiness checkpoints, manager follow-up, and feedback, and analyzing data to identify areas for program improvement.
