GTM Enablement Program Manager

Fullbay•Phoenix, AZ

About The Position

The GTM Enablement Program Manager owns readiness and performance for Fullbay’s go-to-market teams: Marketing, BDR, and Sales. The role manages launch and change readiness across the GTM motion, builds and maintains sales talk tracks and plays, delivers sales skills programs to Fullbay employees who sell, and owns the enablement content management system and governance. It also owns the shared Revenue Team onboarding foundation in partnership with People Experience, while role-specific ramp remains with each audience owner. This position combines program management with hands-on enablement work. The manager partners with the Director of Revenue Enablement on strategy and priorities, while independently determining how to achieve outcomes. The role holds direct manager-tier relationships in Sales, BDR, and Marketing, sources scope from stakeholders, and defines success measures for programs. The role reports program performance using measures such as talk-track adherence, Salesforce hygiene, process compliance, launch readiness, content freshness, intake turnaround, onboarding completion, and time to productivity. It also assesses program influence on win rate, average deal size, sales cycle length, and attach rate, using results to recommend whether programs should continue, change, or be retired.
