GTM Enablement Program Manager

Fullbay•Phoenix, AZ
•$75,305 - $92,249

About The Position

The GTM Enablement Program Manager owns readiness and performance for Fullbay’s go-to-market teams: Marketing, BDR, and Sales. The role manages end-to-end launch and change readiness, develops and maintains the talk tracks and plays used by those teams, delivers sales skills programs to people across Fullbay who sell, and owns the content management system and governance that keep enablement assets current, findable, and on-message. The role also owns the Revenue Team onboarding foundation—the shared first weeks completed by customer-facing hires—in partnership with People Experience. Role-specific ramp remains with each audience owner. The position combines program management with hands-on enablement work, from aligning stakeholders on launch requirements to reviewing call recordings and using findings to improve programs. The manager owns the GTM enablement portfolio, with strategy and priorities set in partnership with the Director of Revenue Enablement. They develop working relationships with manager-tier stakeholders in Sales, BDR, and Marketing, identify needs, define success measures, and execute programs autonomously. The role uses Claude and other AI tools to accelerate drafting, program management, content development, and analysis, and participates in Fullbay’s AI Builders Cohort.

  • Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate drafting, program management, content development, and analysis, and participate in Fullbay’s AI Builders Cohort.
  • Adhere to confidentiality and compliance regulations and perform other duties as assigned.
