GTM Enablement Program Manager, Systems & Product

LangChain
•$150,000 - $180,000

About The Position

LangChain is seeking a GTM Enablement Program Manager to keep its growing go-to-market organization informed, enabled, and ready to execute as products and the company evolve. The role owns three areas of the enablement engine: Product Enablement, GTM Knowledge & Content, and Enablement Communications. It partners with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, and other subject-matter experts to turn product changes and company knowledge into scalable training, resources, communications, and systems that GTM teams can learn, find, understand, and use. The role owns product readiness for launches and major changes, including planning, training, communications, resource publication, reinforcement, and ongoing maintenance. It develops product curriculum and runs live training when needed, while using feedback and other readiness signals to identify and close knowledge gaps. It also owns the GTM knowledge system and its information architecture, governance, and content lifecycle, ensuring that approved messaging and other resources remain accurate, current, organized, and accessible. Knowledge should be structured for use by both sellers and AI-powered tools. The position additionally manages recurring enablement communications and cadence, including Weekly Trace, and improves how information flows from internal teams to GTM.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in GTM enablement, product enablement, sales enablement, enablement operations, or a related role at a B2B technology company.
  • Experience owning product enablement programs, including product launches, training, ongoing curriculum, and field communications.
  • Experience building or managing product training for Sales or broader GTM audiences.
  • Strong technical curiosity and an ability to understand technical products deeply enough to explain them clearly and accurately.
  • Ability to translate complex product information into practical seller guidance, including what a product is, why it matters, who it is for, how to position it, and when to use it.
  • Experience organizing and maintaining a GTM knowledge or content system, beyond creating individual content pieces.
  • Strong understanding of content governance, information architecture, taxonomy, and knowledge lifecycle management.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to turn substantial information into clear, concise, actionable guidance.
  • Strong program management skills, including managing multiple workstreams, subject-matter experts, launches, deadlines, and recurring programs.
  • High ownership and follow-through, with a proactive approach to launch readiness, outdated information, and broken processes.
  • Builder mentality and comfort creating an initial system, learning from users, and continuously improving it.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
  • AI fluency and curiosity about how structured knowledge can support agents, search, content generation, and internal GTM workflows.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with knowledge-management platforms such as Notion.
  • Experience with learning-management systems such as WorkRamp.
  • Familiarity with developer tools, AI/ML infrastructure, LLM applications, or agentic AI.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product enablement engine in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing; identify the impact of product changes on GTM and develop practical field enablement.
  • Own GTM readiness for product launches and major changes, from initial intake through training, communications, resource publication, reinforcement, and maintenance.
  • Build and continuously improve product curriculum in the LMS and Content Hub, covering the platform, products, use cases, positioning, and value.
  • Coordinate and facilitate live product sessions, workshops, demos, and deeper training when asynchronous learning is insufficient.
  • Measure readiness using feedback, participation, knowledge checks, field questions, and other signals, then address identified gaps.
  • Own the GTM knowledge system and make accurate, relevant, current information easy for sellers to find across the Content Hub, LMS, and other GTM systems.
  • Establish information architecture and governance, including taxonomy, templates, ownership, review cadences, freshness standards, and archival processes.
  • Manage the lifecycle of training, product resources, competitive guidance, FAQs, recordings, and other enablement materials; update, remove, or archive content as appropriate.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and other subject-matter experts to structure and maintain approved messaging, competitive guidance, objection handling, and core GTM knowledge.
  • Structure GTM knowledge so sellers and AI-powered tools can retrieve and use accurate context; explore AI-supported discovery, maintenance, gap detection, and enablement workflows.
  • Manage Weekly Trace and other recurring enablement communications, consolidating product, program, and company updates into clear, actionable field guidance.
  • Own the operational execution of recurring enablement, including calendars, subject-matter expert coordination, materials, recordings, recaps, and follow-through.
  • Create predictable ways for GTM teams to stay current without monitoring numerous channels and documents.
  • Identify breakdowns in how information moves into GTM and build scalable improvements to the enablement operating system.
