About The Position
As a Technical Pre-Sales Specialist, you will be the technical face of the company to the customer, working at the intersection of the Sales team and Software Development. You will support the Sales team by enthusiastically explaining the Lissi Connector and Lissi Wallet to potential customers, clarifying technical questions regarding product integration into existing customer infrastructure, guiding customers through testing, conducting onboardings, and ensuring a smooth initial experience. You will also write code for customized demos to showcase the power of the solutions and act as the voice of the market by coordinating with IT Development to improve products.
Requirements
- Experienced developer (at least 5 years).
- Mastery of modern web technologies.
- Experience in a similar customer-facing role.
- Ability to explain complex technology understandably.
- Proficiency in German (B2/C1) and English (C1).
Nice To Haves
- Experience with OpenID, WebAuthN, Kubernetes.
- Experience in the field of Digital Identities (SSI, eIDAS, OpenID4VC).
- Experience in the Banking/Fintech sector.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team in meetings and explain how the Lissi Connector and Lissi Wallet work to potential customers.
- Clarify technical questions regarding the integration of products into customers' existing infrastructure (e.g., IAM systems, banking backends).
- Guide customers through testing, independently conduct onboardings, and ensure smooth initial steps with Lissi.
- Write code for customized demos to make the power of our solutions tangible.
- Act as the voice of the market and coordinate closely with IT-Development to improve products.
