As a Werkstudent:in Sales (w/m/d), you will be significantly involved in developing new market potential in the DACH region and building qualified contacts with decision-makers. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student (Bachelor or Master).
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for direct customer contact, enjoys phone calls, and can express themselves precisely and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • Resilience and mindset: Ambitious, not discouraged by 'no' in conversations, remains results-oriented, and views feedback as valuable input for personal and professional growth.
  • Structured work approach: Absolutely reliable, ambitious, and possesses the necessary initiative to work productively and purposefully in a home office.
  • Language proficiency: Fluent in German and very good English skills (spoken and written) for international interfaces or customer calls.

Nice To Haves

  • First experiences in sales, telephone marketing, event acquisition, or promotions.
  • Basic interest in IT, SaaS, or compliance topics.
  • Initial exposure to CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).

Responsibilities

  • Lead Activation & Outreach: Focus on telephone outreach to companies already in the CRM system, using email and LinkedIn to reach decision-makers. The goal is initial qualification and scheduling appointments for Account Executives.
  • CRM & Data Maintenance: Keep the HubSpot database clean, structure leads, and ensure the sales pipeline is documented accurately.
  • Conceptual Contribution: Support the Sales team in daily operations for lead generation, be closely involved in processes, and provide direct feedback to optimize conversation guides.
  • Sales Sparring & Training: Participate regularly in internal sales training and coaching, exchange ideas with the team, and continuously develop communication skills. Work independently in a remote setup after onboarding.
