About The Position

Coffee Fellows is a successful and expanding coffee shop concept with over 298 locations in Europe and worldwide, founded in 1999 as a family business in Munich. We offer high-quality products, a trendy design, and a feel-good atmosphere. We are looking for independent entrepreneurs to operate their own Coffee Fellows location as self-employed individuals, responsible for daily business and the economic success of their shop. You will be the brand ambassador at your location, maintaining close customer relationships. We offer two models: a franchise model where the partner finances the shop construction and furnishings, and a lease model where Coffee Fellows GmbH finances the shop construction, rent, and ancillary costs, suitable for those who do not wish to invest in shop furnishings initially. Our concept extends beyond coffee shops to include 13 Coffee Fellows Hotels, blending stylish design with a relaxed lifestyle.

Requirements

• Business management know-how and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Good leadership qualities.
• High commitment and passion for coffee and gastronomy.
• Potentially own a property or flexibility in location selection.

Responsibilities

• Operate your own Coffee Fellows location as an independent entrepreneur.
• Be responsible for the daily business and economic success of your shop.
• Act as the brand ambassador at your location and maintain customer proximity.
