About The Position

Cremanski & Company is the leading B2B SaaS consultancy in the DACH region, focused on optimizing revenue architecture for commercial teams of start-ups and scale-ups to drive efficient growth. The company aims to build an international team of motivated pioneers. The role involves analyzing existing Salesforce systems, providing best practice recommendations for efficiency, preparing and implementing workshops with new customers, offering post-project training and support, owning implementation projects from analysis to delivery, scoping Salesforce projects, presenting to customers, implementing tailored solutions, and ensuring quality assurance for ongoing projects. The role also includes facilitating training for internal Salesforce Consulting teams and continuous involvement in Salesforce training and certifications.

Requirements

  • Completed a degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of practical experience in building various cloud-based CRM solutions and experience with Salesforce.
  • IT affine with know-how in software as a service, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Certified Salesforce Admin.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and team spirit.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Other certifications like Sales Consultant, Service Consultant, Marketing Cloud, CPQ.
  • German language skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing Salesforce systems and deduce best practice recommendations to make Orgs more efficient.
  • Prepare and implement workshops with new customers.
  • Provide further training and support after project completion.
  • Own an implementation project, from analysis to delivery.
  • Take over the scoping of Salesforce projects with subsequent presentation to customers.
  • Implement tailored solutions for customers.
  • Ensure quality assurance for running projects.
  • Facilitate training measures for the internal Salesforce Consulting teams.
  • Continuously be involved in further training and certifications in the Salesforce area.
