Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in service, digitalization, or transformation projects in an industrial environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in controlling and managing projects regarding deadlines, budget, resources, and quality management.
  • Sound knowledge of classic and agile project management methods.
  • Good knowledge in the area of Siemens Digital Industries Software, especially Teamcenter, Polarion, or comparable solutions.
  • Strong communication, moderation, and presentation skills, as well as a confident and customer-oriented demeanor.
  • High level of initiative, structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working combined with strong teamwork skills and quick comprehension.
  • Willingness for project-related business trips.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, controlling, and successful implementation of service and transformation projects in an industrial environment.
  • Independent management of projects and sub-projects in a multi-project environment, ensuring deadlines, budget, and quality targets.
  • Responsibility for project coordination, resource planning, and risk, change, and stakeholder management.
  • Control and monitoring of project implementation in close coordination with customers, specialist departments, and external partners.
  • Organization and execution of workshops, training sessions, and coordination meetings to ensure successful project realization.
  • Support in the further development of project management standards, processes, and best practices.
  • Close collaboration with interdisciplinary project teams to ensure efficient and sustainable service delivery.
