Requirements

Successfully completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in service, digitalization, or transformation projects in an industrial environment.
Demonstrable experience in controlling and managing projects regarding deadlines, budget, resources, and quality management.
Sound knowledge of classic and agile project management methods.
Good knowledge in the area of Siemens Digital Industries Software, especially Teamcenter, Polarion, or comparable solutions.
Strong communication, moderation, and presentation skills, as well as a confident and customer-oriented demeanor.
High level of initiative, structured, independent, and goal-oriented way of working combined with strong teamwork skills and quick comprehension.
Willingness for project-related business trips.
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Planning, controlling, and successful implementation of service and transformation projects in an industrial environment.
Independent management of projects and sub-projects in a multi-project environment, ensuring deadlines, budget, and quality targets.
Responsibility for project coordination, resource planning, and risk, change, and stakeholder management.
Control and monitoring of project implementation in close coordination with customers, specialist departments, and external partners.
Organization and execution of workshops, training sessions, and coordination meetings to ensure successful project realization.
Support in the further development of project management standards, processes, and best practices.
Close collaboration with interdisciplinary project teams to ensure efficient and sustainable service delivery.
