About The Position

Without storage, there is no energy transition. ju:niz Energy develops and operates large battery storage projects, creating the foundation for a stable, sustainable energy system of tomorrow. To ensure our organization can scale with our growth, we are consistently expanding our digital platform landscape. You will take strategic responsibility for our digital platform landscape and actively shape the technological expansion of a rapidly growing energy company. You will combine strategic thinking with operational implementation and, together with your team, develop a scalable digital foundation for ju:niz Energy's next growth phases. From Enterprise Architecture and Platform Strategy to Cyber Security and Governance, you will take our digital transformation to the next level – pragmatically, modernly, and with real scope for design.

Requirements

• You have several years of experience in a leadership role in Digital, IT, Platforms, or Transformation.
• You are familiar with complex digital landscapes, enterprise structures, and scalable platform models.
• Ideally, you have already accompanied transformation projects in dynamic medium-sized or scale-up environments.
• You can think strategically, but at the same time make pragmatic decisions and implement things.
• For you, leadership means not only steering but above all providing orientation, collaboration, and team development.
• You can communicate technical topics understandably – both with specialist departments and at management level.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even with many parallel topics.
• At the same time, you bring a hands-on mentality, initiative, and a desire to shape things.
• For close collaboration with teams, stakeholders, and projects, you will be regularly present at our Munich site and at relevant project appointments on-site.
• You are proficient in German and English for collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• You will further develop our company-wide Digital Strategy and translate it into concrete, scalable solutions.
• Together with your team, you will create a powerful 'Digital Backbone' for future growth.
• You will be responsible for the further development of our enterprise and platform architecture – from ERP and Data Platforms to Cloud and OT infrastructures.
• You will manage digital transformation projects end-to-end and ensure their sustainable integration into our business processes.
• You will work closely with various stakeholders from Operations, Delivery, Finance, and Management, and structure requirements into implementation.
• You will lead an interdisciplinary Digital Team, provide orientation, and continuously develop structures and competencies.
• At the same time, you will keep an eye on budget, priorities, governance, and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, KRITIS, or NIS2.
• New technologies, automation potential, and the sensible use of AI are naturally part of your modern platform strategy.
